You don’t attract what you want. You attract what you ARE.

The Universe responds to your vibrational truth. You are energetically attracting and repelling at all times.

You have a broad range of energetic truths within your being. You can –you do! — select your energetic experience with your thoughts.

Imagine subtle bands of energy within and around you like radio waves traveling through the air. You can’t see them, but you control the dial on the receiver. Use your conscious thought to choose the frequency you want to experience. Be alert and sensitive to which energy you are pulling in. It’s very subtle. For example, there is a fine line between being eager and being impatient, but according to the Law of Attraction, that is the difference between manifesting your dreams and blocking them.

Awareness is the hardest part. Practice being vigilant. What are you “in the energy of” right now? Stop and notice the subtle qualities of your deepest feelings. When they don’t support your goals and vision, there is good news: you can easily change your energy! Yes! You have the power to change your energy just like you would change a radio dial.

Here are 3 solid, actionable ways support your desired energy:

Positive Words

Oh there is so much you can do with positive words! Set a timer for one minute, close your eyes, and complete the statement “I am [a positive, meaningful word or phrase]” over and over. Purchase positive, temporary tattoos from Conscious Ink. Wear jewelry with a positive message. Doodle positive messages during a meeting. Buy positive books and scatter them around your home and office. Exchange encouraging texts with a buddy. Make lists of positive affirmations to read as soon as you wake up and as you fall asleep. Set (and write) your intention every morning. Put positive messages in high-value real estate like phone and computer screens, mirrors, kitchen cabinets, car visor, etc. Even when you don’t consciously notice the message, your brain reinforces its neural network.
